What is behind this link?
Your Weareplonet dashboard is the control panel for every add-on module you subscribe to — Rate Update Bridge, Arrivals Digest, OTA Reconciliation, and the rest of the catalogue. From the dashboard you connect your Protel PMS account (using your existing Protel Login credentials — nothing is stored), toggle modules on and off, invite additional users at your property, and download monthly invoices.
The dashboard is completely separate from your Protel PMS. Your Protel Login remains provisioned by your Protel administrator through the standard Protel user management; we never see, store or proxy your Protel password. The connection between Weareplonet and Protel uses the official Protel API and a short-lived access token that your PMS issues per session.

What if I do not remember my email?
The email tied to your Weareplonet account is the one that received the very first invoice. If you cannot recall it or the mailbox is no longer accessible (staff turnover, IT rotation), write to support@weareplonet.org from a company address with your property name and the last four digits of the last card charged, and our compliance team will validate and rotate the account owner within one business day.
For questions about your Protel PMS login itself — reset of Protel passwords, adding new Protel users — please contact your Protel administrator; Weareplonet does not manage Protel Login credentials.
