Every module is billed monthly, per property. Prices below exclude VAT — VAT is added at invoice time based on your billing country. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time.

Bundles and group discounts
Weareplonet does not publish bundle prices — every property picks only the modules it uses. For hotel groups operating five or more properties on Protel PMS, we negotiate a group-level rate that typically comes in 15% below the sum of individual property subscriptions. Write to sales@weareplonet.org with the property count and the modules of interest.
For single properties, if you activate three modules or more in the same billing month you receive a €10 credit for the following invoice — applied automatically, no code required.
What is included in every module
- Unlimited API calls to your Protel installation, within Protel's own rate limit.
- Up to 5 named Weareplonet users per property; more on request.
- Email support Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 CET, four-hour first-response target.
- 99.5% uptime SLA, prorated downtime credit if breached.
- Data export at any moment as CSV or JSON; data deletion within 30 days of cancellation.
Payment methods
SEPA direct debit for EU billing addresses; Visa, Mastercard and Amex for everything else. Bank transfer accepted for annual prepaid plans of five or more modules. Invoices are issued as PDF on the first business day of each month; a companion CSV package is available for finance teams that ingest invoice data into ERP.
