About this module
Protel to DATEV Bookkeeping Bridge is a nightly export of your Protel financial day into DATEV Rechnungswesen — the standard package used by hotel accountants across DACH. The module integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login and reads the trial balance, cashier reports and payment ledger produced by the Protel nightly close.
Each revenue and payment line is mapped to a DATEV Kontenrahmen SKR03 or SKR04 account of your choosing, plus optional cost centres per outlet (rooms, F&B, spa, MICE). The generated DATEV CSV package is delivered every morning by 08:00 CET, either by SFTP to your accounting partner or as an email attachment to a distribution list.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — no changes to your Protel finance configuration are required. Billed monthly at 28 euro per property, cancel any time. Includes a single-page reconciliation report so your finance team can prove the DATEV package matches Protel's own nightly total to the cent.
