Refunds and cancellations

Version dated 1 May 2026. Applies to all Weareplonet module subscriptions and complements the terms of service.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any active module from the Weareplonet dashboard in one click. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid calendar month; no early termination fee applies. If you cancel by mistake, you can reactivate the module from the dashboard within 30 days without losing configuration.

2. Monthly plans — refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded for the current month by default. If cancellation is triggered by a documented service defect on our side — a module that has failed to deliver its documented output for a substantial part of the month — we prorate a credit for the unused calendar days against your next invoice. If there will be no next invoice because you are closing the account, we refund the credit to your original payment method within 14 days.

3. Annual prepaid plans — 14-day money back

Any annual prepaid plan can be cancelled with a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial payment, no questions asked. After the 14-day window, the annual plan is refunded pro-rata to unused calendar days from the cancellation date to the end of the paid year, less a €50 administration fee per property.

4. One-off services

Custom module development and onboarding services are refunded up to the point at which written scoping has been signed off. Once scoping is signed off, refunds are limited to actually unspent budget at the point of cancellation.

5. How to request a refund

Write to compliance@weareplonet.org from the email address associated with your Weareplonet account, with your property name and the invoice reference to be refunded. We acknowledge within one business day and refund within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve any dispute directly. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most cases are resolved within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of the affected account pending resolution.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not override any statutory refund right you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Montenegro or your country of residence. Business customers on B2B contracts accept that certain statutory consumer refund provisions do not apply to their contract with Weareplonet.
