About this module
Arrivals Digest for Protel Login sends the front-desk team a single email every morning at 07:00 local time — one message with the complete list of today's arrivals pulled from your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login. The digest groups guests by expected arrival window, highlights VIPs and repeat guests, and includes the last three folio notes for each reservation.
The module sits alongside Protel PMS — it does not replace it, and it does not write anything back. Reception still checks guests in inside Protel as usual; the digest just ensures the team sees the day's picture on their phone before they walk in the door. Configure recipients per shift, per property and per language (English, German, Italian, French).
Monthly billing at 14 euro per property, cancel any time. Delivery time is configurable to your property's local timezone, and the digest can also be posted to a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel of your choice.
