About this module
OTA Reconciliation for Protel is the module every controller wishes existed on day one. Every month the OTAs — Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, HRS, HotelBeds and a dozen wholesalers — send a commission statement. This module integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login, pulls the corresponding Protel reservations, and matches each OTA line against the actual stay, room type, arrival date, length of stay and net rate.
Discrepancies — cancelled stays still charged, phantom commissions on cancelled bookings, incorrect commissioned amounts, mismatched currencies — are flagged with a suggested dispute letter, ready to send back to the OTA finance desk. Historical reconciliation goes back 24 months, so previously undisputed statements can be revisited.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — Protel and the OTA extranet remain the authoritative sources; the module produces the third view that lets finance defend the invoice. Billed monthly at 24 euro per property, cancel any time. Includes reconciliation of up to 8 OTA channels.
