About this module
Corporate Ledger Manager for Protel is a dedicated workspace for negotiated corporate accounts — contracted room nights, LNR rates, seasonal riders, blackout dates and volume tiers. Contracts live in the module, but every negotiated rate code is pushed into Protel via the official Protel API using your Protel Login so reception, revenue and reservations always see the correct price.
The module handles the messy operational side of corporate rate management: quarterly performance letters, contract renewals, missed-nights alerts, and audit-friendly change history for every rate touch. It also produces the per-account production report your sales team already builds in a spreadsheet every Monday — automatically, in less than a minute.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — Protel remains the source of truth for reservations and folios; the module owns the contract layer only. Billed monthly at 26 euro per property, cancel any time. Includes unlimited corporate accounts and up to 200 rate codes.
