About this module
Protel PMS Sync Sentinel is a monitoring layer for the interfaces that keep your Protel account in sync with everything else — channel manager, revenue tool, POS, key card system. The sentinel integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login, polls each configured interface every 30 seconds, and raises an alert within 90 seconds of the first failed heartbeat.
Alerts are dispatched to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and PagerDuty. Each alert includes the interface name, the last successful timestamp, the observed error class and a link back to the Weareplonet dashboard for triage. Repeated failures are grouped so a single misbehaving connection does not spam the on-call channel.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — no changes to your PMS configuration are required. Billed monthly at 20 euro per property, cancel any time. Optionally add a 24/7 human on-call escalation tier for 40 euro per month per property.
