About this module
Nightly Trial Balance for Protel is the report your controller asks for every morning, delivered automatically at 06:30 local time. The module integrates with your Protel account via the official Protel API using your Protel Login and reads the Protel nightly close output — trial balance, revenue by outlet, deposit ledger and city-ledger ageing.
Each section is rendered as a two-page PDF (page one summary, page two detail per outlet and per market segment) and delivered by email to a distribution list of your choosing. A companion CSV package is optionally sent for finance teams that ingest the trial balance into Excel or Power BI.
Sits alongside Protel PMS — Protel remains the source of truth; the report is a read-only projection. If the trial balance fails to reconcile within a configurable tolerance, an alert email is sent to the controller so the issue is caught before the day starts. Billed monthly at 16 euro per property, cancel any time.
